Kovo Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Kovo apps and to kovoplayer.com (together, "Kovo"), published by the Kovo developer ("we"). By using Kovo you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Kovo is only a player
Kovo is a media player. It does not include, sell, host or recommend any TV channels, movies, series or playlists, and we are not connected to any IPTV provider. You add your own playlists (M3U links or Xtream Codes accounts) from a provider you choose yourself.
You are responsible for the sources you add and for having the right to watch their content. Do not use Kovo to watch content you are not allowed to watch. We do not control, check or support third-party content or services, and we are not responsible for their availability, quality or legality.
Free trial and Kovo Premium
Kovo is free to use for 14 days after you install it. After that, Kovo Premium is needed to keep using it. Premium is offered as:
- Monthly subscription: renews automatically each month until you cancel it in Google Play. When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase with no recurring fee (see "What lifetime means" below).
Purchases are made and processed through Google Play and follow the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies; you can also write to us.
What lifetime means
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of Kovo, not of a person or a device. A lifetime purchase gives you Kovo Premium for as long as we offer Kovo, including the updates we release during that time, without further payments.
If we ever stop offering Kovo, we will tell users in advance and, where we reasonably can, release a final update that keeps Premium features working without our servers, so that lifetime purchases keep working in the installed app.
Kovo account and devices
- An account is optional on Android. It lets you use your Premium purchase on your other devices.
- One account can be used on up to 5 devices at a time (phones, TVs and computers together). You can remove a device in the app or on your account page to make room for another.
- The Kovo computer apps (Windows, macOS and Linux), when released, are included only with the lifetime purchase.
- Do not sell or rent out your account, or try to get around the trial, the license check or the device limit. We may suspend accounts that do.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the Kovo apps, reverse engineer them except where the law allows it, or misuse our servers (for example by automated sign-up requests).
No warranty
We work to keep Kovo fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will work with every provider, stream format or device, or that it will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by third-party content or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects your purchase in an important way, we will announce it in the app or on this website before it takes effect.
